:D in a wonderful mooood. wonder why? read below!

last night i stayed at a friends and binged like crazy but thats okay, cause,

i woke up this morning at 7:40 and took two of my friends home, then came home and changed, then i went with my mommy and we went to and INTENSE Zumba class.

then we ran some errands, and got food from Dions.

My and my mommy shared a chef salad but i didnt eat any of the crutons and barley any of the meat or cheese. with 2 tablespoons of low fat ranch.

then a fruit cup for desert.

after my workout i chugged 2 bottles of water a a biiiig propel zero.

best decision.  hahaha.

so my lunch was 400 calories, and zumba burned 625(:

but then i had a few gummy bears, but thats okay. lol

and for dinner im going to have .5 cup of lasangna and a side salad with fat free itialian

and that makes my net like 31!!!  <3 <3

binging on alcohol in the evening so

dinner;i want to eat one of my amys light and lean meals finally but idk.

making jello shots after school.

missed two finals today. :(

now i have to go to school monday and NO ONE is going to be there. :(

and i said i was going to start the flat belly diet but my mommy hasnt bought me chicken breast yet, so ill start that next week.

dont know what im going to have tomorrow.

i think strawberry and cottage cheese for breakfast. (100cals!)

i have a final and first.

and lunch a salad 

with salad greens tossed, tomatoe cucumber, avacado, pepperjack cheese and italian dressing. (:

i added up all the calories besides the morning snack 

(because i dont have time for morning snacks.)

and without the desert.

i rarley have desert. 

so i added the breakfast lunch dinner and snacks.

and got 868 calories. (:

and its all easy food !!!

breakfast; 2 slices 100%WW bread.

1tbs peanut butter.

.5 banana

Lunch; salad;; mixed greans turkey breast provolone cheese 2tbs fat free italian dressing hard boiled egg

dinner; grilled or baked chicken breast with quinoa salad and .5 baked potatoe.

snacks;; almonds $ frozen grapes. (:

plaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan. (:

school ends friday.

school starts agian in 14 weeks.

14 weeks = 98 days.

2 pounds per week for 14 weeks = 28 pounds till school starts agian.

thats would be like 46-48 pounds. (in totoal) (:

id be around 148-150 pounds. (:

oh my jesus.

and thats with loosing 2 pounds a week (the healthy way) 

and i rarley eat healthy caories.

i try to stick from 500-800 cals.

but sometimes i get to like 1000

and today im probaby going to have like 3624-71198 cals.

lol.

but i think that sounds fantastic. (:

Dinner; homemade fried chicken thigh with side salad.

frozen yogurt (vinillia bean and mango sorbet topped with strawberries blue berries mango with a little granola)

granola bar. 

exersice; walking around the mall

Net total; 970. :p
